Fire looks great with a nice range of 7 colour combinations. Choice of logs or white pebbles - havent tried the pebbles yet but really like the log effect. The front glass panel lifts straight off to allow changing either of these, then hooks back in easily, and can be secured with a small screw. It has lights to the side that have a choice of backlight colours to match in with the flame effect colour, although I found it distracts from the main look of the fire so I prefer it with backlight off.Heat output - very good, once you get it working. If youre not good at reading instructions ( and even if you are its still not too clear) you could hit the slight problem I had: you have to set a max temp that is higher than your room temp, using the handset (or controls on the fire itself) before the heater part of it will work. I contacted the seller and got a quick response that sorted this out for me and everything works great after that. Has some clever options for setting the fire to come on in advance but as I dont want to tangle with the instruction book again, Im going to skip those!Well packaged (double boxed) and arrived a day earlier than expected (but the courier can amend the delivery day). A very good product that looks great for a really good value price.
