If you have a TruFlame™ fire no matter how old we can more than likely repair it for you if it`s not working properly.

If its within the 2 year (or 5 if you extended) warranty period then email us on info@truflamefires.co.uk or ring 0800 047 0039 and we will liase with you to get the fire working again. Each case is different, sometimes things can be resolved quickly without the fire having to be returned other times we need to have the fire back to repair but rest assured you are in safe hands with TruFlame and your fireplace will be working again soon.

If its out of the warranty period it's still a simple process, contact us via the form below and we can then asses the information and come back to you with a quote to repair the fire.

If you know what is wrong with the fire and require just the part i.e. a remote, motor or flame effect we can provide this as well, again fill in the form and we will come back to you with a quotation.

On the instance that we cannot repair your fire we may be able to offer you a small discount off a new fireplace if you can provide proof of purchase for the said TruFlame™ product as a show of loyalty.
