The Ultimate Media Wall Showdown: TruFlame LCD Premium 60” vs. Solution Fires TrueFlame 150

When designing a modern living room, the media wall serves as the ultimate focal point. If you want a state-of-the-art, three-sided digital fireplace that brings pure luxury into your home, you have likely come across two major contenders: the 2026 TruFlame™ LCD Premium 60-inch and the Solution Fires TrueFlame 150 3DX.

While both fires use advanced LCD technology to move away from dated, artificial LED lights, they take very different approaches to your wallet. Let's look at why the TruFlame LCD Premium 60” stands out as the smartest, most feature-rich investment for your home.

Disappointly or should we be proud of the fact that Solution Fires decided to slightly modify our Trademarked brand TruFlame by naming their fire TrueFlame....... we will let you decide!

Side-by-Side Comparison

Why the TruFlame™ LCD Premium 60” is the Smart Choice for Your Home

1. Unbeatable Value for Premium Luxury

The most glaring difference is the price. The Solution Fires model carries a staggering price tag of £2,999.00. Meanwhile, the TruFlame LCD Premium 60” delivers the exact same panoramic design and cutting-edge LCD visuals for just £1,619.99. By choosing TruFlame, you save nearly £1,400—budget that you can reinvest into your TV, sound system, or custom joinery.

2. Enhanced 3D Realism with Deeper Glass

A truly realistic fireplace requires physical presence and depth. The TruFlame boasts a far more generous 24.6cm firebox depth, outclassing the narrower 21.3cm profile of the Solution Fires model. This extra depth allows the digital flame projections, lighting effects, and fuel bed layouts to layer realistically, creating a breathtaking three-dimensional depth effect that looks completely authentic from every angle in the room.

3. True Home Automation & Modern Software

A premium fire should feature premium controls. Homeowners love TruFlame’s flawless digital responsiveness. Unlike standard apps that suffer from lag, TruFlame integrates smoothly into modern smart home setups. You can quickly pair the device and change the entire mood of your room without ever getting up from the dinner table.

4. Banish the "Empty Black Box" in Summer

Traditional fireplaces sit dark and lifeless for half the year. Both of these premium fires solve this problem with a Tropical Aquarium mode. TruFlame turns your fireplace into a glowing, vibrant underwater paradise. It serves as an incredible novelty feature that brings a relaxing, serene vibe to your home during warmer summer nights.

5. Stress-Free, Direct-to-Door Delivery

High-end fires are heavy, delicate items. Solution Fires orders often arrive via standard curbside pallet drops, leaving you to lift the heavy glass into your home yourself. TruFlame handles shipping differently by offering free courier delivery through specialist parcel teams. Your fire arrives safely, quickly, and directly to your door without the logistical headache.

The Verdict

While the Solution Fires 150 3DX is a lovely appliance, its premium price tag is difficult to justify when TruFlame delivers a more immersive, deep-glass firebox, the same stunning visual drama, and premium smart home LCD tech for a fraction of the cost.

If you want a smart, reliable, and jaw-dropping fireplace that transforms your room all year round without blowing your renovation budget, the TruFlame LCD Premium 60” is the undisputed winner.
