On unboxing the fire I noticed that the bracket was bent. However my builder was able to straighten this and successfully mount the fire. It looks great and will be a key feature in my newly decorated living room

The fire arrived on time but was damaged. Contacted the seller who sent out a replacement immediately and had the damaged one collected a day later. Easy to fit and looks great.
