Lovely fire replaced one at 3 times the price and has more features I'm well pleased ordered the wrong one and had to get in touch with the company to cancel nothing was to much bother gave me a delivery date of 2 weeks but it was here in 3 days super easy to install and looks brilliant A1 ??

Hi Thankyou so much for your quick delivery, unfortunately it doesnt work , when you turn it on all the lights on the fire keep flashing, dosent appear to be working and you cant turn it off unless you switch it off by the wall plug switch . Please could I have a replacement. Thank you .
