absolutely lovely ,worth the wait ,we love it
Very happy with this fire. Bought it to supplement the central heating in a large room and when turned on is very warm.It arrived well packaged and on time.
I am delighted with this LED flame effect fire. Very cosy and realistic flames. I installed into my 1936 fireplace with a simple frame and veneer surround. Its totally transformed the old fireplace for a fraction of the cost of buying a new one! Very happy customer.
I purchased 2 of these fires last year in August one for myself, one for my brothers birthday. They are super fires ?? and what's good about them is the fact the heat blows from the front of the fire not upwards. So much more efficient. About 2 weeks ago one of the fires did stop working. I approached the seller who responded very quickly and offered to repair the fire. The fire came back after being repaired but unfortunately wasn't working correctly.I contacted the seller who responded immediately and assured me a brand new fire would be sent out that very day. It arrived the next day the customer service was faultless. So even though the 1 fire developed a fault after 8 months the issue was swiftly dealt with. If only all small businesses were this professional in dealing with their customers.Thank you so much Chris I highly recommend purchasing this fire it's stunning.
Bought two of these to replace an old gas fire and placed them inside the chimney back to back so i have one in both the living room and back room. Always wary of buying something like this online but i have zero regrets. Arrived a day early and came well packaged.Both look amazing and give out a nice amount of heat. Easy to change the log which is already placed inside to either the white pebbles or the glass beads, just undo a couple of screws which are hidden near the heat outlet so you'll need a tiny screwdriver for that then the front lifts off.There's a choice of three colour flames, orange, blue or both together and the they can be on without having the heat on too. The remote is easy to use and it's also touch screen which again is easy to work out. There are two temperatures for the heat and the size of the flames can also be altered.
