This is an excellent product. The �flame effect� is relaxing and realistic, particularly in a room with a more modern style. It was exactly what we wanted for our seaside apartment, particularly when we would use it in the winter when a cosy ambience is all important. We were keen to have a log effect; when supplied, the fire was delivered with a white stone effect. That was not to our taste, but there was no problem in replacing with the log effect, and we are very pleased with this. The supplier was very receptive to what the customer wanted and expected; that is the hallmark of good service.
